This week in the United States, we will give thanks.
Wherever you are, whether it’s traveling to visit relatives or hosting a large gathering, or finding yourself unexpectedly spending time attending to an emergency situation, or spending the day in a quieter setting, no matter where you are let your thanks flow.
Practicing gratitude, following the peace within, and focusing on what is good and beautiful and right with the world rather than what is wrong enables each one of us to remain strong and be a force of positivity when problems do occur.
While acknowledging that life does not flow as smoothly as we had planned when curve balls head our way, there is always something, no matter how small, that we can be grateful for.
Frequently, it’s seen in the actions of family and friends that uplift us, often by simply being there for us.
I am grateful each and every day.
I am grateful for the love of family.
I am grateful for the love of friends, old and new.
I am grateful for the wonderful opportunities that exist.
This year, as in every year, I wish you a peaceful and Happy Thanksgiving.
